Payment Terms:
All items must be paid for in full before delivery or collection unless agreed prior to purchase. 
We are a registered company and will provide a G.S.T. tax invoice with all sales. 
Payments Method: 
Payment can be made online or in store.

Pease include the auction reference number in your deposit details. It may take a couple of days for us to see your payment in our bank account due to bank clearance times. Please email us once payment has been made to speed up process. 
Part payments or deposits are NON refundable! Goods in stock should be shipped the same working day payment has cleared. 
Time payment or layby is not an option. We expect total payment within 7 days of auction close unless otherwise arranged. 
Freight: 
All freight is at the expense of the purchaser. You are more that welcome to pick up items to save freight costs during our hours of business. 
Large items shipping charges are based on delivery to a business address with lifting equipment to remove from a large truck or collect from depot. 
Day time contact phone is required for freight company to arrange suitable delivery time. 
Tracking of Products:
Track and trace is available on all items. Concerns about product being misplaced or not arrived during delivery time stated please contact us to follow up late deliveries. 
North Island deliveries usually take 2 to 5 business days. South Island deliveries usually take 3 to 7 business days. Rural deliveries can take longer. 
Pick ups:
Pick up and payment can be made during our normal business hours from our Te Puna location, Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 12.00 pm. We are closed weekends and public holidays. 
Please call before you collect as prior arrangement is required so we can have your parts ready.
Replacement Warranty:
All goods, unless stated otherwise, are warranted to fulfil the specifications listed in our websites, ads, auctions, etc and to perform the tasks for which they are intended. 
All of our parts are sold with a 30 day replacement warranty. This means that we will replace the faulty item with another part.
We operate within the rules of the Consumer Guarantees Act, and we will provide a remedy under that act if the goods are faulty. 
All sales are final and we strive to provide quality products, reliable service, and fast delivery. 
Goods are not returnable if you change your mind. 
At no time do we offer cash refunds. Any returned items will receive a store credit. 
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, replacement warranty is applied as return to base, Any defective item must be returned to Zook Traders for assessment at customer's cost before it can be considered for a replacement warranty.
Please email us to resolve any dispute prior posting a negative or neutral feedback, we consider any transaction finalized once a negative feedback is posted. Further assistance or facility will automatically be withdrawn 
We will inspect all returned products. If product found to be defective due to improper installation or misuse, the warranty coverage will be decline automatically.
We recommend you keep the stock parts for your vehicle for as long as you own it so these can be refitted if a problem occurs.
Engine Replacement Warranty:
Engine warranty will be VALID subject to change of new water pump, new cam belt, tensioner, thermostat, all oil seals - camshaft, crankshaft, front and rear main seal, new oil, oil filter, anti-freeze, radiator serviced by radiator specialist, 90% of engine failure is caused by overheating. Warranty covers parts or exchange of the long block assembly only, provided it has been fitted correctly and has not been subject to abuse, overheating, dismantled, stripped, modified, altered or used in any way other than the same application intended by the original manufacturer. The recipient vehicle must also be as per manufacturer's original specification Any damage caused by the failure of accessory or ancillary parts will not be covered by this warranty Any defective unit must be returned to Zook Traders for assessment before it can be considered for warranty. The warranty is VOID if the unit is overheated, run low on oil, or otherwise abused. Receipts of parts purchased for warranty conditions will be required. 
The condition of cam belt, oil, oil seals, all filters, sparkplugs, clutch system and the tuning of the engine are the responsibility of the purchaser. 
Our liability is to supply a replacement engine only, or parts to repair engine not exceeding the purchase price. All labour and consumables are the responsibility of the purchaser. 
Warranty for any goods altered or tampered with will not be accepted. 
Vehicles: 
Please feel free to come & view the car to satisfy yourself on the above description. Viewing is welcome during business hours and highly recommended. 
We occasionally make mistakes with makes, models, years, speedo readings specs and features or misread things and make typo errors so you are advised to double check everything yourself. 
Due to the age, condition and mileage of our cars we offer no mechanical or any other condition report, advice, warranty or guarantee on this vehicle as our opinion may be different to yours. 
Please arrange your own mechanical inspection by a trained professional before bidding on the vehicle as it could require repairs and maintenance that we or you are unaware of upon sale.
End of life vehicles:
By bidding and/or buying our vehicle you accept that this is a cheap end of life vehicle, most suitable for parts, restoration or a project for a mechanically minded person and which may have underlying problems; you have done your own inspections, tests and are able to fix or repair any problems which may arise in the future at your own cost.
Returns:
You have 14 Days to return the goods. Items must be in new unmarked and original condition and in original packaging ready to be resold to another customer. Goods can be exchanged for other goods or a credit note. We DO NOT provide cash refunds. Proof of purchase is required – this is the receipt provided at time of purchase. We Do NOT provide a refund if: you decide you don't want the goods, you find the same thing cheaper elsewhere, you bought something for someone else that they don't like or already have it.
Prices:
We try and keep our prices and shipping quotes accurate, however there are times they might not be. In which case we do reserve the right to either negotiate a new, fair, price with you or cancel the order. Either way you will be notified of the discrepancy as soon as we can.
Limitation of Liability:
Zook Traders will not be liable or responsible for any incidental, direct, indirect, punitive, actual, consequential, special, exemplary, or other damages, including loss of revenue or income, pain and suffering, emotional distress, or similar damages, even if Zook Traders was advised of the possibility of such damages. At no point will the collective liability of Zook Traders or any of the aforementioned parties (regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) exceed the greater of the amount you have paid to Zook Traders for the applicable parts content or service out of which liability arose.
Privacy Policy: 
Privacy is important. We will never pass your personal information on to any third party. You can buy with confidence from us.
